By creating an account or using any part of the VanRO Lowrate services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General Rules

• You must follow all rules set by VanRO Lowrate and its staff team.
• Staff decisions are final. Attempting to bypass or dispute these decisions may result in penalties.
• You are responsible for securing your own account. VanRO Lowrate does not restore items or characters lost due to sharing, hacking, or negligence.

2. Account Policy

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Multiple accounts are allowed, but abuse (multi-farming, ranking abuse, automation) is prohibited unless officially allowed.
• Accounts involved in illegal or rule-breaking activities may be banned without warning.

3. Donations

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
• Donations do not grant ownership, influence over staff decisions, or immunity from penalties.
• Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban on all linked accounts.

4. Gameplay Rules

4.1 Exploits & Third-Party Tools

• Use of bots, macros, cheats, packet editors, or unauthorized programs is strictly forbidden.
• Exploiting bugs for personal gain is not allowed. All bugs must be reported immediately.
• AFK or automated farming is prohibited unless officially approved by VanRO Lowrate.

4.2 Harassment & Toxicity

• Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, and threats are not tolerated.
• Impersonating staff or players is prohibited.
• Spamming, server advertising, or intentional disruption of gameplay may result in bans.

4.3 Trading Rules

• Real Money Trading (RMT) of items, accounts, or currency is strictly forbidden.
• Off-platform trading is done at your own risk. Staff will not refund scam losses unless logs confirm the issue.

5. Server & Data Policies

• VanRO Lowrate may conduct maintenance or updates without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to modify, balance, or delete items, zeny, characters, or data for technical or gameplay reasons.
• No guarantee is made for permanent data storage or uninterrupted service.

6. Agreement

By continuing to use VanRO Lowrate and its services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
